LADIES FLIP FEST 2026

Calling all Ladies!


On April 25th 2026, we flip again and we're letting the silver balls roll!

This year we're meeting at the beautiful Wunderberg in 2214 Auersthal to celebrate Austria's only all-female pinball tournament – ALL women are welcome!

Whether you're a first-time flipperer or have been at the bats for years, it's all about having fun and enjoying the game.

We laugh, we cheer, we compete – and above all, we play and have a blast!


What to Expect

Alongside the IFPA-rated main tournament, there's additionally a:

- Flip-Fun Tournament for the Ladies –> because playing in pairs is twice the fun!

- LEGO High Score Tournament –> open to all visitors on a fully functional pinball machine, built entirely from LEGO.

(Yes. Really. LEGO.

And yes – it's just as awesome as it sounds!)


Audience? Absolutely!

The Ladies Flip Fest Tournament and the Flip-Fun Tournament are exclusive to women – but we want everyone to join in on the fun.

That's why this year there's a spectator ticket, which gives you:

  • Access to the Freeplay Area
  • Participation in the LEGO High Score Tournament
  • Entry to the Open Late Night Flip in the evening

Once all tournaments are wrapped up and the prize ceremonies are over, all machines will be available to everyone to play, and we'll enjoy the rest of the evening together at the Open Late Night Flip!


Tickets

Ladies Flip Fest Tournament Ticket – €22
(Under 18s – €12)

Includes: Main Tournament + Team-Fun Tournament + LEGO High Score Tournament + Open Late Night Flip

Spectator Ticket – €18
(Under 18s – €10)

Includes: Freeplay Area + LEGO High Score Tournament + Open Late Night Flip

Please note: Participation in the Ladies Flip Fest Tournament is limited to 40 players.


Registration

Send us an email at ladiesflipfest@gmx.at with the subject: "Ladies Flip Fest 2026". Registration for the Ladies Flip Fest is April, 10th. Please include the following:

  • Ticket type

  • Number of tickets

  • Names of participants

  • IFPA number (if available)

You will receive a confirmation email with the payment details. Your registration is only valid once payment has been received – please transfer the amount by 10 April 2026 at the latest.

If anything comes up and you can't attend, please let us know in good time – we'll see if we can find a solution.

Note: Spectator tickets will also be available at the entrance on the day of the event, but registering in advance really helps us with planning – especially to make sure there are enough machines for the Freeplay Area.


Cancellations

Please email us at ladiesflipfest@gmx.at with the subject: "Cancellation Ladies Flip Fest 2026".

  • Ladies Flip Fest Tournament tickets: free cancellation until April, 10th

  • Spectator tickets: free cancellation until the day of the event

In both cases, you will receive a 100 % refund, which will be processed promptly.


Schedule

1:00 pm – Arrival & Warm-Up

Arrive at your own pace, register, and get a little practice in.
(If you've never played in a tournament before – don't worry! We'll explain everything step by step)

1:30 pm – Official Start

We'll start with a short briefing and a group photo. After that, we'll let the pinball fun begin!

2:00–4:59 pm – Qualification Rounds
The tournament is played in Head-to-Head mode, meaning two players at a time per machine.
Each player will have several rounds on different machines.
No one is eliminated early – everyone plays through the full qualification.

Most importantly: it's not just about winning – it's about enjoying the game, meeting people, and having fun!

If there's a tie for a spot in the final, it will be resolved with a play-off of three balls per player.


6:00–7:30 pm – Final
The top four players will advance to the final, competing on three machines using the 5 / 3 / 2 / 1 points system.
We'll go through the rules again before the final starts, just to make sure everyone's ready.
And even if you're not in the final – there's plenty of cheering, excitement, and fun to be had!

7:45 pm – Prize Ceremonies
At 7:45 pm, we'll all come together to celebrate the winners of the Flip-Fun Tournament, the LEGO High Score Tournament, and the Ladies Flip Fest Tournament.


Side Tournaments

LEGO High Score Tournament (open to all)
From 1:00 pm, anyone interested can try out the LEGO pinball machine and have their scores recorded for the high score tournament. The prize ceremony for all winners will take place at 7:45 pm, jointly with the Flip-Fun and Ladies Flip Fest prize ceremonies.

Flip-Fun Tournament for the Ladies
If you're not in the LFF final, you can still join the fun: watch and cheer the finalists on – or alternatively, participate in the Flip-Fun Tournament. Two teams of two players on one machine – left flipper, right flipper, double the fun!

  • 6:00–7:30 pm: Flip-Fun Tournament


Next: Open Late Night Flip

Once all tournaments are finished and the champions have been crowned, all machines will be open to everyone, and we'll enjoy the rest of the evening together at the Open Late Night Flip"

  • Auersthal Urbanusplatz – from here the Kellergasse Wunderberg is within walking distance.

Bus Connections (VOR):

  • Line 520: Kollnbrunn Brünner Straße ↔ Wien Aderklaaer Straße

  • Line 530: Gänserndorf Bahnhof ↔ Wolkersdorf

  • Frequency: approximately every 30–60 minutes

  • Connections via S-Bahn (S1, S2) at Deutsch-Wagram/Wolkersdorf or U-Bahn (U1) at Leopoldau
